Apr 11, 2018 The laptop has a feature by which the screen can be detached from the keypad and can be accessed separately like a Notepad with Touch Screen. But since Lenovo Yoga touch screen in not working as reported, the detachment mechanism feature is becoming useless and you have to use the keypad all the while to access the system.

What happens when you try to download? Do you get any error message?
I suggest you to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and store in the computer then start the computer in a clean boot and then try to install the drivers. If that does not work you can contact Lenovo support for further assistance. Setting the system in a clean boot state will help to identify if any third party applications/drivers or startup items are causing the issue.
Note: After clean boot troubleshooting steps, follow the section 'How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot' in the provided link to return your computer to Normal startup mode.
