Store Background Task HostDisable

Background Task Host by Microsoft. Remove backgroundTaskHost.exe. This is a Windows system installed file with Windows File Protection (WFP) enabled. Every now and again when I open my task manager and check processes I see this 'From Microsoft Background Task' and it has the windows logo as its little logo. Whenever I click on it (just a normal left click) it closes itself and doesn't come back. I'm scared this is a RAT or Bitcoin miner or something of the sort. Background Task Host Suspended

Hello.
I had mentioned in an earlier post that since I upgraded a laptop to Windows 10, the CPU fan kept running on high all the time. I found out the cause of the problem were these two background processes:
From Microsoft Background Task Host - backgroundTaskHost.exe
From Microsoft Download/Upload Host - BackgroundTransferHost.exe
They are both located in the C:WindowsSystem32 folder and whenever they run, which happens at seemingly random times, CPU utilization goes up to 60 or even 80%.
Does anybody know what these processes are for, or how to disable them to prevent them from running?
Thank you.
